Outdoor Lion's Mane
Fruiting mushrooms indoors was antagonistic to my allergies so we've move our fruiting blocks out to baskets in a shady corner.

Log Inoculation 2025
Totem style, where logs are sliced into disks and stacked. On the inside of each disk we've drilled holes for inoculated pegs. Each totem is bagged and will sit for a month or so while the mycelium get established.
